Please note that we do not have a traditional reception desk. Our self check-in system allows you to check-in on your own. This means you don't have to wait for someone to assist you. We highly recommend not checking in after 10pm unless absolutely necessary. After this time, our staff will not be available, except in cases of emergency situations.

→ Unregistered guests are not permitted in the property.
→ Please be considerate and keep nois level down.
→ Smoking is not allowed indoors.

→ Here are some tips for reaching us using public transportation.
FROM “PISA CENTRALE” TRAIN STATION:
The apartment is located a 5-minute walk from the station.
FROM PISA AEROPORTO “G.GALILEI”:
→ Shuttle Train - PISAMOVER (from 06.00 am to 00.00 am ) - Every 5 min.
Get out from ARRIVALS, turn to the left and go ahead following the signs PISAMOVER. You’ll find the shuttle station in front of you going upstair.
Once reached the train station “pisa Centrale” you can reach the apartment by walk in just 5 minutes
Price: 5 Euros per person
→ Taxi : The average price from 1 to 3 people is €15,00 to €20,00. Be aware the service during the night has an extra fee. You’ll find the Taxi station straight in front of you out of the ARRIVALS.
As described on the site you’ve booked, the apartment use a system of self check-in
so before your arrival it's crucial for us to register all the guests will stay at the accommodation, WITHOUT it won’t be possible to get the codes to access
You will receive a dedicated message from our ‘Chekin’ system for entering the details of the documents of ALL persons staying.
We don’t have private parking but there are spots available everywhere in the city and also in the streets around the apartment on blue lines. (pay attention to the ZTL roads where NO ACCESS IS POSSIBLE, they are marked by signs and cameras) You can pay to the machine on the street or with App Easy park on your smartphone. If you prefer a secure parking you can go to the underground parking of Piazza Vittorio Emanuele, just 5 minutes walking from the house. In this case the parking is €2/hour.
Check-In starts at 3 PM, we’ll provide the codes and the combination on the check in morning
→Building door code (!!PROVIDED ON CHECK-IN DAY!!)
→1st floor, apartment in the middle, there is a black keybox next to the door
→Enter the combination (!!PROVIDED ON CHECK-IN DAY!!) and lower the black level to open it and get the apartment keys.
→Remember to put the keys in the keybox again at check out!
Check-out is at 10AM
→Make sure not to leave dirty dishes, empty the fridge, and throw out the rubbish
→Leave the amount of the city tax on the table (you can also pay for it with credit card, just ask us to senf you a secure pay link)
→Send us a pictures via Whatsapp or email.
→Lock the door and put the keys back in the keybox AT STREET NUMBER 118 where you ‘ve found them at your arrival

- Tap water is safe to drink, you can drink it without hesitation.
Unless you specifically ask us at least the day before your arrival to leave the sofa bed open for you, our policy is that you will find it closed. This is because the sofa bed often clutters up the living area. You will find everything you need to open the sofa and make the bed, inside the sofa itself or, when this is not possible, inside the wardrobe.
We also ask you to let us know in advance if there will be people sleeping in separate beds using the doubles as single beds, and if there will be a need to provide you with extra sheets.
We appeal to your common sense and we kindly ask you to always turn off the air conditioners and the lights when you are not in the house, thank you🙏🏼
It may happen, usually because the power is exceeded, that the electricity goes out. In this case you can easily reactivate it by lifting the counter levers found inside the white door in the hallway of the building (the counter is one of the first 2 at the top)
Inside the apartment (usually in the cutlery drawer or near the entrance) you will find this card which is used to use the recycling bins on the street Please remember to leave it on the kitchen table before leaving.

❗Trash must be disposed properly before your departure and it is strictly forbidden to leave it in common areas of the building or in front of the door. Otherwise, will be charged a penalty of 30 euros❗
We don’t have a luggage storage, so unfortunately it is not possible to keep your bags after check out. You’ll find an affordable and professional luggage storage at this address:
EARLY CHEK-IN:
Access to the property before 3pm IS NOT GUARANTEED, but we will do our best to give you the opportunity to leave your luggage and come back later for the check-in.
LATE CHECK-OUT:
We can’t guarantee a late check out.
Every request of late check out must be made and AGREED at least 24h in advance and if approved, it will have an extra cost: 15 euros for check out at 11am 25 euros for check out at 12pm
For every delay over 15 minutes on the planned check-out time will be charged an additional fee of 20 euros.
PLEASE NOTE: BECAUSE OF THE HIGH NUMBER OF RESERVATIONS, ON HOLIDAYS (25/26 December – 25 April – 1 May – 15 August) LATE CHECK-OUTS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN ANY CASE
Please note that a fixed service fee of 20 euros will be charged in addition to the cost of the shipping, for the dispatch of any personal belongings left inside the accommodation.
- In Pisa is 2,5 euros per person per night with no exception for children.
- City Tax is mandatory and must be paid at the accomodation
Invoices must be requested within the check in day. After your arrival, the payment will be recorded and the administration office will not be able to issue the invoice anymore.
(❗For reservations made through AIRBNB, a deposit is NEVER required❗)
As shown in your booking confirmation, a security deposit of 250 euro is required, you can pay this using the same link you received from our ‘CHEKIN’ system for guest registration – PAYMENTS section.
The pre-authorisation will be released at check-out, after a status check of the flat. It will take up to 10 business days for the amount to be available in your account again
How Does It Works?
Pay the deposit amount with a credit card. The payment is a pre-authorization for your bank to temporarily block the amount but it won’t charge it.
- Every 7 days the pre-authorization is released back to your account and automatically renewed up to 30 days or 1 day after the check-out date, whichever comes first. Depending on the length of your reservation you might get a couple of notifications from your bank with the pre-authorization renewal notice.
- After the 7 days of the last pre-authorization, the amount will be completely released and available in your bank account.
Please take also note that sometimes (it depend on your bank) the relase go through in the form of a reversal. In the case of a reversal you won’t see a refund credit on your statement – you’ll just see the original authorisation drop off your statement entirely after a few days. There will be no payment, and no refund. It’ll appear as if the whole transaction never happened. your bank should be able to confirm this.
